When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of receipt. Your shipment should arrive within 10 to 20 business days of the shipping date, depending on the availability of the carrier and your location. Please note that delivery delays may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to delays on the part of the carrier.

Our logistics method is air freight, and the logistics company is DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT.

How can I track my order?

You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order at any time.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address than the billing address linked to my payment card?

Yes, that's possible.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

What are the shipping costs?

All of our store products' price is higher than the £25.99, which is free shipping. If the products' price is lower than the £25.99, we will charge the £3.99 shipping fees.
